Ning.  [coffee] [coffee] [coffee]  Chilly here - 36. More snow on the way.

The GF bought a foreclosure at auction and we are headed over to enter it this morning.  What is the best way to break in without causing damage?

morning.

Working on the mountain today. Should be chilly.

Colder air = More O2 = Better engine performance. [thumbsup]

Enjoy, All!
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

If you're lucky, you can find a window to force open to climb in.

Drilled out the front door lock! YouTube to the rescue. Put a new lockset on.  The house seems to be in decent shape, no damage, just old and in need a remodel. There are 3 good looking fig trees in the back yard.

Been taking photos to post on advrider. I hope it all sells quickly - and to local peeps.

Made it to Peter and the Wolf.

The big kid enjoyed it. Too loud for the wee one.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

I think it's the cold she's recovering from.

It was a nice show-Boston Youth Sympony Orchestra put it on. The big one wants to go to all the others they have.

It isn't a cold in Zip's case.

I figured.

Thoughts on just hooking up a propane tank to the gas stove I picked up? I'll need some type of regulator. Easier than renting a huge tank.

Great day of football...  Good to see Army shut down AF.

Then my happiness comes to an abrupt end when I get home...  Shouldn't complain, some people pay big money to have water features installed in their homes....  A heavy flow of water coming out of the ceiling... Again. >:( >:( >:(

A gas grill regulator should work as long as it will flow enough volume to fire the burner. All propane devices use the same pressure.

It is set up for propane, and not nat gas...right?
