Good morning! Why did I set an alarm on Saturday? Oh well, it's good to be up.

I have not used an alarm in decades.  Internal clock seems to keep really good time.
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

I use one during the week...

just so I can go back to sleep and not get caught. :P

I rarely sleep more than a couple hours before waking up. :-\

I set the alarm for 3:30am on the days I go in and to 6am to "sleep in" on days I work from home. None on the weekends but still my body wakes me up between 6am-7am anyway

Mine is set for 0500 for the work week, and right now, 0700 for the weekend. I need to study in the morning for my test in April.

to wake up to go ride . . . I live about 30 mins from city with traffic at 0500h . ..  I need to prep and eat breakfast and then get dressed . . . I just hate waking up after 0600h . . . I like to see the sunrise and drink coffee that has just being brewed . . .
