Saw some pretty intense lightning from the 27th floor restaurant at dinner last night.

hello . . .

have been diagnosed with biceps/triceps tendinitis, deltoid bursitis and a possible rotator cuff tear and all of this has been affecting the trapezius and another muscle I do not know the name in English . . . So, bunch of pills, an arm sling, NO weight, NO work, for at least 10 days . . .
