Recently processed elk burgers, kale salad, wine and girl scout cookies with a group of g/f's this eve.
Will be therapeutic since work life has been interrupted personal life quite a bit lately.

Have to get the work car cleaned out yet today before it gets detailed in the morning, then it's off to the state Capitol for an annual work event.   :P

Early Happy Easter to you all if that's your thing and if not, enjoy the day.   [thumbsup]

did 50mls on a In Memorian bicycle ride and then just stayed talking ... spent the same amount of time chatting than I did pedaling . . . pork steaks and potatoes w/beets for lunch soon

After 13 or so years...

I finally had to replace my leathers. They were on the pavement at least once a year for a bunch of those years.

They served me well, but were literally falling apart.

Got these... https://www.sportbiketrackgear.com/rs-taichi-nxl209-gp-x-s209-leather-race-suit/ same brand as my old ones, but perfed, and I went with red and white due to that being what they had in my size. Black leathers are pretty hot in the summer.

I don't like 'humps', but pretty much every suit has one now.

Moved most of the larger stuff today with the help of my cousin and my temporary roomie.

Now the sorting/organizing begins.

Happy weekend!

I sold my leathers.

I need to get a bike back on the road.

Need more hours.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Not these days.

There's one downstairs, but I gave it to my brother.

I've been getting the urge since I moved back. California was too busy with too many people on phones for me to feel safe riding anymore.

I really don't like riding on the street much anymore. Doesn't matter where you live, people have phones.

The track is a completely different story.

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

True, but there are less of them here.

I found most of California was like Boston at rush hour.
