This kid vacation has been long enough.

Morning.

Signs of spring outside. All the trees I planted have survived the winter-same for the blueberry bushes and strawberries.  [thumbsup]

Got peas in the ground and planted some peach stones-we'll see if they do anything.

Evening.

A very long 36+ hours (brain fried, don't want to bother w/the math) driving across the state (snowy rainy mountains) for a work event last night.  Home about 2 hours ago.

Made it a bit easier since the people on the other end are "salt of the earth" types.

Had the canines with me and the big old guy got me up 5 times to go out (from the hotel room) so none of us got any sleep.  (Glass of wine and a benedryl for this one tonight.)

Still trying to regulate his GI system that's been problematic for several months now.

Started him on hemp/CBD oil this week.  Might change his name from Brian to Casey.  As in Casey STONER.  ;D 


Now I'm catching up on work emails, laundry, housecleaning....

We went to Concord today to a Fish & Game event called 'Wild New Hampshire'

The highlight was the National Guard Med helicopter. Zip got to sit in the driver's seat, and then we watched them prep and takeoff. Took longer than I'd expect, but...from what the pilot told me it was a brand new HH60? Blackhawk med unit...the state of the art. I think they were being really particular. No need to hurry.

Morning!

Feels like spring is finally here.

Great session with the dog trainer yesterday.  Vincent is now 4 months.  Otto and Henrik are still not welcoming him to their pack. 

May go to MotoGP gathering a [beer]t the local Duc mechanic's shop.  I'd like to ride, but my bike is buried behind a lot of crap in the garage and I'm sure the battery needs some juice.
