evening . . .

cheezzzz hr people CAN'T read a resume or cannot add or substract . .  if I was born in 1968 means I am 50yrs old . . . the nitwitt read 1988 and thought I was 30 . . . So according to them, I am 20yrs TOO OLD for the profile they're for and made me loose 4 hours of my day [bang]

Sorry C...I was afraid that might happen. I heard the same shit when I went looking in my late 40's.

Getting old has it's issues...not that 50 is old.

20 additional years of experience is what I would be looking at.  Sadly, very few 30 year olds have a decent work ethic.

Just prepping still and ordering everything.

The theory being I won't have to run out 8 million times to pick up things I don't have.

I don't expect that to work.



I'll start in two weeks when she's done with work so I can toss her out of her house. Her help ain't helpful.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Who knows. I expect to pull it apart and find the wall is rotten and the electrical guy won't show up and I'll sit around doing nothing. You know-the standard.

I find life is easier when I wander into a cluster with the expectation that it'll suck every step of the way.

In theory my brother is going to help, so hopefully he's perfected the "bring me a beer" thing, because his approach of "That's good enough" doesn't work for me.
