make the beast with two backsing pipe wrap is a scourge upon this earth.
If I were world dictator I would ban it immediately.
I'd have all the machinery and material repurposed or recycled.
Anything left, would be ground to dust and piped into the marianas trench to be subducted.
Anyone who had to handle the stuff as a job would get $1000 every month for life, supplied by the former manufacturers.

plumbing nightmare on neighbor's house I am house sitting . .  she had a leak in the laundry . . . plumber was scheduled to come in today and fix it, working on another's plumber diagnostics . . . but this guy seemed a bit puzzled by the "diagnostic"  . . . he has work on my house so . . .  NO 2 houses here are alike, so, he asked me, why is the water coming from the bottom of the wall instead of from the hose bib? previous plumber had said the issue was the 90° tube fitting in the wall . .  weird thing was that the wall was not cold as if water was running or damp . . . yes, it was in the 90 ° tube fitting at the bottom of wall and floor!!!! what was supposed to be a $50[parts+labour] job turned out to be a $250 that came out of my pocket, well, at least I know I'll get my $200 back in 2 weeks

Yes, they (the assessments) certainly are.   One actually is b.s, IMO.   Should be an insurance claim.

I know, the bank assessment on my apartment in Miami, was 15K less than 6 months ago due to someone purchasing cash 6 units
