You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

My best friends and neighbors sold their house and are moving to northern CA next week  :'( :'(
Our dogs will be in shock with the change.

My lease is up next month, so I am moving too. Just south outside the Seattle city limits. Found another in-law unit. Big, with a yard for Lucy.

Wicked thunderstorms here last night.  Much needed as it's been weeks since we've had measurable rain.

Was finishing up a bike ride (Emmitt Smith was a special guest) last night as the lightning was striking all around and the skies were about to open up.

quick skim over a few pages after having been out for a bit.  Things that stuck:

- Nate's truck is broken in  [thumbsdown]
- chorizo and corn and something else
- humidity
- lmt move but no job news
- great escape to the cape
- 10 year anniversary for dd  [thumbsup]


I've been out playing with my brother and SIL for past few weeks and actually took a few vaca days to play in the mtns with them.  Back to reality.  meh.   But the pups are good so there's that.
