pulled the trigger on a new Nissan Kicks, M/T for myself, today was fruitful, had a conversation with an old friend, he's a painter, and I will associate with him, we will focus on small things, like helmets, bicycle frames/parts, motorcycle parts, graphic design .. .. .. Need to do something new and find my mojo, maybe this is it . . .

Are you going to be able to shift after your surgery? Or are you having work done on your left shoulder?

Shifting sometimes bothers the tendinitis in my right shoulder.

Shifting will be OK, left shoulder is the one I am working on now . . . had a loaner, M/T, before surgery and no issues . . . only slightly worn tires

Well, no new job yet. Ram declined to counter my offer and hired an internal candidate to do some of the work.  I basically told the HR guy that if an internal person could do the job, they would not be in the world of hurt that they are with LNI (WS OSHA).
