Intermittent leak in the basement.

Flood in the garage.

In the wall...somewhere.

Just tore the wall out.

It's wet, moldy and no apparent sign of what's leaking  [bang]
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Intermittent leaks are usually from 'drain' plumbing, leaky tubs or shower enclosures, that kind of thing....
