Hello, avoided being run over by a dump truck and fell hard on tarmac, seems left elbow is busted, waiting for MRI to show damage . . . A scratch and light abrassion to legs and left buttcheek and just a scratched CF brake lever

Wow, that's horrible but glad you're up and moving around instead of the alternative.   Hopefully MRI shows no break and you also have a fast/full recovery.  


Back from Kaua'i this morning.  Glad to be back â€" with another bottle of rum to add to my small collection:  Koloa Kauai Coffee rum.  Delish.  Looking forward to Saturday's wintry weather so I can sit inside and really enjoy my morning coffee.   ;)


Does anyone have a strainer nut wrench I can borrow?   Not having used that (or known about it) earlier this year during my kitchen sink / disposal project may be the reason there's water coming from the rubber gasket.  

Off to the hardware store instead of bed.  Have a good night and stay warm and safe on the east coast.

Good morning....

Slept quite OK, some discomfort, but, pain has gone from 9 to about 5 . . . Swelling has gone down too so today with ortho course of action, either cast or the plastic thing that I csn take off to shower/dress or just an elbow brace
