Cory, the DIMBYites know Cory, spent most of the night in a ditch when his 80K pound town truck loaded with sand went into the ditch...backwards. Yes he was chained up.

Done, seems that somehow I spent too much time standing yesterday and that was the cause for the swelling. I can pedal for 100+mls, but can't stand "still" for more than an hour or so . . . Injection of some anti-inflamatory plus diuretic and case closed . . .

Working on fixings for tomorrow's breakfast and dinner.

We are having xmas eve tonight (oyster stew) and xmas (ham) tomorrow.  Will use Tuesday to recover from the gluttony.

Not much else is new.
