Morning . . .

Will set up appnmt with nose/throat/ear specialist . . . Too many sinus issues last few months and I think that is was is "killing" my REM sleep and the reason I wake up "beaten" up, like today, pain woke me up and had to get out of bed to sit and try to nap sitting . . . It was the only way to get some more sleep . . .

Started eating again.

Finally.

I'm down 6 lbs in the last week.  :P
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Sheesh Dave.  Overachieve much?    Sounds like one nasty bug.


Back last night with all my good germs in tact from a 4 day annual/national convention in San Fran with 22,000+ other people.  Several big companies hosted concerts with 80's bands (quiet riot, vanilla ice, a few others) + BNL, Weezer....



Sounds like we may need to tweek the forum name based on the last few pages/posts.
