Water reserves are down considerable here, water plant is down about 70% of regular output, preasure is down and wrecking havoc on my fawcets...

Tried a CBD/THC sleep aid last night.   Woke up for a minute at one point but that was it.   I'll be taking it again tonight and the next night and the next....  until it doesn't work.

I reached my threshold the other night after months and months of consecutive nights being awake for hours on end.  Literally and figuratively tired of people telling me I look tired.  Duh.  


In other news...  I'm going to try acrylic paint pouring techniques tonight.  At a brewery.   Should be interesting!

I started a new job today.

Stella, I've been taking Melatonin for 40 days out of 60 capsules in bottle and sleep quality has improved, I do take the 10mg capsule . . .
