Hello...

Haven't slept a good night's sleep in about 4 weeks . . . Go to bed tired, wake up tired . .

Morning.   [coffee]

Had the "luxury" of taking a muscle relaxer before bed last night to ensure more than 4 consistent hours of sleep.   Slooooow moving now but have nowhere I need to be.

Foot has a distinct area that's very sore but swelling gone and no issue walking. Not sure about running/cycling.

Pup had a follow up with the vet yesterday and he's healing nicely.

Temps out of the triple digits so I'd say things are looking up over here!

L&I (our osha) spent all day at work.  here is our inspection history:

Only the ones from 2019 are mine. Everything else was before I got there.

They, there were 2 of them, looked at our entire facility. In a couple of weeks, I will post the results.
