Great...but with upper level management thumbing their noses at safety in general...

what's the point?

How long before your staff gets tired of the BS?

I'm not seeing things changing where you are until they shake up the managers.

That's not to say it would be any better anywhere else.

Production managers are about production...not safety.

Finally got my S4Rs up and running today.  30 miles later, I remember why I enjoy riding motorcycles.  Been a loooooooooooooooong time.  I basically didn't ride all last year.
