That's the worst.   Hopefully she's feeling better.   And no more death threats at work.  Sheesh. 



Constant one/two "life" punches â€" more for others than me today with an accurately forecasted storm with hurricane winds.  It was no joke.  Brief and a lot of trees knocked out, hail that ripped up gardens and general mess around the state.  Power out for 2 hours (I haven't had that happen in a...decade?). 


Playing with zucchini noodles for dinner tonight.   That's my excitement.  :P

Hoping the effers using my bankcard in AZ (where I am most definitely not located) enjoyed their dinner tonight and nothing more. 

Of course I can't cancel the account online and have been on hold with the bank's customer service for 40 minutes now.

It's amazing how apparently easy it is to get access to our data.   IRS sent me a letter about a year ago stating my SSN was mistakenly given out with several thousand other #'s.  

Grateful for whatever algorithms that caught last night's charge and questioned it.   [thumbsup]


ION:  Hour long walk and shared bacon breakfast w/the pup this morning has been completed so I can finally go ride hero dirt in a few hours.   The little dude just ate his anti-anxiety pill (not an easy chore) and a neighbor will let him out early afternoon so in theory, it should be a good day.

Lucy seems fine now.  I got up at 0600 and let her out. Then we went back to bed. just up now. this sleeping in on the weekends really makes the 0400 alarm hard on Mondays.

Morning.  Did a 4 mile walk to get things moving for today.  Got a grocery pick up this afternoon, leftovers in the fridge (Craslo: see above for a refresher on what those are) & then onto homework this afternoon.

Swapped a garbage disposal yesterday at my Mother in laws house.  That was easy enough.

My pace of life has sure slowed these last few months.
Bike-less Portuguese immigrant enjoying life.
