Morning.

I should have thought about it more when the kids told me they invented a new game that involved tagging me with "the golden sword."

In reality this meant one of them snuck up and hit me with a bat.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

My mind went to: 'one of them peed on you' when you said golden sword.  Neither is funny.

They're both small for their ages and ot was a whiffle ball bat.

Just glad I wasn't in my old hood in Denver.  It's been bad there the last few years.  From a local news anchor (and all around good guy) who lives in said neighborhood via Twitter: "Been in Colorado a dozen years and have never heard a Fourth of July night like this.
