Got some fence painted.... some lazing on the banana lounge listening to the West Indies beating the Poms at cricket... and finished the day with a backyard BBQ and a couple of cold  [beer]

All up, a pretty decent Sunday  :)

Back in D-town late last night.  I've driven the past 5 trips to Michigan. 
17 hours each way (due to longer stops for the neurotic pup's benefit). 
Next one needs to be a flight.  For one of us.


Very few showings of the condo after it hit the MLS on Thursday. 
1/1's don't currently have many buyers and my HOA is a notable detriment
60 days is the average time on market.  yeesh.   
I can't live too long with most of my life in storage and packed into my cars like the Beverly Hillbillies. 
But Hillbilly style it will be for a little longer.


Grocery shopping done with an abundance of veggies to offset the midwest "diet" that I was on last week. [thumbsup]

Evening.

This arrived yesterday.  I've been learning to play via Fender Play app (they had 3 months free when the pandemic really gained traction in March) on my buddy's SG.  Saw one of these on Guitar Center's website discounted by $400 for a blemish.  Only thing I saw wrong was a broken control knob ($20 fix).  Now I just need to work on learning how to play a little more.  Guess now that I'm pretty invested that might happen.

Replaced failed laptop desk and pc desk at the same time due to laptop desk collapsing amidst my first cup of coffee . . . took the opportunity and painted said corner black, the whole room will be painted black, it is after all, my home theater

My lovely wife and her bumbling husband meandered to Santa Fe today for a Sunday brunch.  Was super nice.

Heading into hermit/lockdown for a couple weeks starting tomorrow.  The receipt from the liquor store this weekend indicates we will survive the next two weeks with our sanity.
Bike-less Portuguese immigrant enjoying life.
