There will be no move to Michigan.

Ever.

Continue to go there for family and maybe a mountain bike race?  Sure.

But no, ain't happening.    [bacon]

And reason #264 why I won't move to Michigan:

Had a friend (in Michigan) die from that back in '97 or '98.

Morning!  [coffee]

Hey Statler!

Stella

I don't want to deal with people any more today (exceptions allowed).

Example 1:  Moving company confirms I want 8am start time.  Then next breath says "we'll see you likely around 9 but between 8 and 9" (not that I didn't fully expect this.)  But to me a set time is a set time â€" especially for the first appt of the day.

Example 2:  Response from someone with used moving pads for sale when I say thanks but no thanks, they're 45 minutes away from me:  "But I'm at Ikea now"      (whut?  Ikea is 30 minutes away in yet another direction.  But maybe they have the blankets in their car but that has not been mentioned and I don't even remotely want to engage in any further dialog.)

Example 3:  I sold my place because I'm really tired of Denver.   Response:  So you'll move back to Denver after your road trip?

And it goes on.

It's not beer thirty yet today for this one but in a few weeks every hour has the potential to be.   ;D  [beer]

Moving is such hard work. My landlady sold one of her 3 houses, bought another one, and is moving into it. She wants me to help her. I'll send some guys over!

So if a few weeks from now was now, potentially it could be beer 30.  So you having a beer yet?  [beer]

What about now?  ;D

Sooooon!  Well, a few more hours worth of work (personal and the paid kind) that needs my undivided, un-unfiltered, unclouded attention).

Well, the kids started school.

We'll see how this goes  :P

Oddly quiet for a couple of days.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

I'm not even going to discuss the whole school thing.

It's required waaaay too much attention over the last few days.

I absolutely hate for a number of reasons that RBG passed.  I should just go the the "ban yourself" thread now.  I need to quit pregnant doging about crap out here anyway.

Drinking in about 90 more minutes so there's that.

I was going to just drink water tonight. Now I raise one for RGB. Rest in Power.

90 more minutes?

I'm failing.

I don't have anything to mix or what I have I don't like and I don't want to buy anything b/c I'm trying to clear out cupboards, shelves and the "medicine" cabinet.

Eyeing a bottle of champagne....  But so much sugar....   what to do....

edit:   crap.  I forgot I banned myself.  But before I go (again) did I share earlier that I hate dealing with people selling shit online?   [bang]  Ok. I'm out.

I have more alcohol than I know what to do with. My friends brought 4 cases of CA beer (we did put a dent in it!), a full stocked bar, and more beer from my upstairs neighbors. Plus a case of wine.

Come visit!   [beer]

It's possible that this could happen.   [beer]
