ION:  Trying to add the mobile hot spot service on my cell phone (didn't need to previously since my work phone had it). 

You know how it is dealing with a tech company's website and/or call center.  It's not been fruitful yet. 

My sister was able to snag a portable device from the local library and drop it off (dad doesn't have internet) but I just learned all the school kiddos will be at home starting tomorrow until 1st of Dec.   I don't need to use this device when there are locals who really need it.   In the meantime, i should pour a glass and continue with my mission.
