Now...what are you going to be when you grow up? ;D

If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

I'm headed to crazy town in a minute if you'd like to join me. It'll be fun!  (Parental issues with BOTH of them today.)

And the flooking weather is not helping.

That's got to be a nice feeling.    [thumbsup]
I'll draft off your positive job changes and hope this week's second phone interview follows suit.

Fingers crossed for you.

In order for our plans to work out, I need to become a digital nomad and my 6-month contract coupled with this laptop & software sets us up very close to our goal.

My boss, the COO, ripped the 2 directors a new one today!  Such a big turn around.  [clap]  [thumbsup] [beer]

Email he sent them after below:

I am sorry that I vocalized my frustration to you both today, and thought that an email reviewing the topic should help provide the needed clarity.

Safety monitoring is not the responsibility of the safety manager/team.  The safety team is employed to ensure we have the proper procedures and policies in place for our team to have a safe work environment.  They are then responsible for disseminating and training the teams to ensure that each team member knows their role in their own and everyone else's safety here at NPI.

The role of policing and verifying that everyone is following those protocols is a hierarchy:

Employee/co-workers
Dept. Lead
Dept. Supervisor
Dept. Manager
Dept. Director

If a safety team member needs to address an issue, that means that the employee, their co-workers, the lead, supervisor, manager, and director all failed in their responsibility to address the situation, prior to it being discovered by the safety team member.  Safety is on all of us!

Our safety record is trending in an excellent direction the last two years, and with covid-19 and the wave of new hires, we need to be more diligent then ever about safety!  If you feel that your team needs additional training, please ask, and it will be provided.

Thanks.
