My bff's from California will be here tomorrow!  I cleaned and cleaned.... Now I am watching a cooking show on Hulu and having a beer.

I asked my 24 year old new hire (6 months now) to log his internet usage at work. One week and let me know the percentage of work related to non work related usage.  After a week, he is to tell me if we need to have a discussion  [laugh]

This week, I'm doing what I can on the work front, hanging with the family in the evenings, then driving back Sunday to CO without the pup.   Will have 17 hours of windshield time to ponder a plan.

Don't be shy about the money. For not a lot of money you can get a lawyer to write a letter threatening action if he continues his make the beast with two backsery. Just make sure you find Saul. ;) 
This guy is screwing with your livelihood. You need to fight back. We'll deal with the situation financially as it develops. Don't wait until your current employer decides it's too much bullshit.

I've missed the whole back story, but I'm in if you decide to do something.
