Arm is getting a lot better. Need to not do stupid stuff.

If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

My back is still hurting. I am finally able to move a little more. The MRI showed nerve damage from L2 to S1.

I just woke up one morning in August with my back out. I hopped about for a day or so, and then it felt better.  In Sept, when my truck got hit, I was bending down to pick up the debris. Then my back felt worse. Then it felt better. Then in October, my left leg got all numb and tingly, and it all HURT. MRI shows "significant damage to L2 - S1, with nerve damage". PT, steroids, and pain pills FTW! Getting a steroid shot in the back too.
