Just replied an email to a customer in caps lock ... This guy has more excuses than the book of excuses ...

In my humble opinion..... you expect too much of customers Cralso.  They paid their money, they wants it to work, the don't wanna read, they've already tried "everything".  You're it.

I expect customers to do at least a minimum, do something, you prefer to wait up to 1hr for a call back and then all you had to do takes you 5 secs?

I aint defending them Carlos, but expecting lazy dumb make the beast with two backss or entitled "I wanna speak to the manager" types to behave any better than they do.... is an exercise in frustrating futility.

Had a piece of lasagna and some leftover roasted pork leftovers for lunch ... Lasagna not bad, but, not out of this world, too bland, on the other hand, the roasted pork Cuban style, was heavenly[praise the cook]
