I do my job, tech support, I train in English and Spanish, I take care of "possible future issues with hardware" by calling the extensive customer database and letting them know, 'hey, that hardware you still have, no longer has spare parts if something breaks and soon, we will be phasing out of our support calls/emails, just to let you know." If Imake a sale, good, if I don't well, the customer didn't purchase since we don't offer free shipping. I don't a sales bonus, just get a bonus for Xmas and for being a contractor, hourly wage, I get one week vacation paid and then the company closes for Xmas holidays 2 weeks that I get paid in full ... I ain't complaining much, just about the customers who need to hold hands way too often

If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.
