I didn't stutter. The guy is board certified in sports medicine and orthopedic surgery. Specializes in elbows, shoulders, and knees.

My clavicle is sticking up about an inch. If I don't have surgery it'll be like that for the rest of my life. I'm not sure I can accept that.

I already know what the non surgical options are. I want to find out what the surgical options are.

Good luck Nate.

After just having dealt with a rotator cuff....well, I'd rather have my injury over yours. But shoulder injuries suck! Who knew I used my arm for so many things?
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Thanks Dave. No matter what the treatment plan is it's going to suck. At least we're heading into winter. I'll have to talk to my neighbor about snow removal. I don't think I'll be able to run a snowblower for a while.

Not trying to downplay any of it, DP.  Surgery definitely sounds like the best course of action.  Guess I was just taken back by my perception of how you dropped that.

Maybe I'm just misreading things as it is past happy hour for me.

No worries. I used that because of his dual certifications from the ABOS...probably not the best descriptor on my part.

Shoulder injuries do indeed suck.  Hope you get some clear direction soon Nate.  My crashed and dislocated shoulder is mostly OK now... mostly... but not 100%... it'll do for most things I need to do.
