Good thing no one could read it.

Morning. I got a dog! Frances is 10 pounds and looks a lot like Lucy did.  Her temperament is very different! 

Not sure how old she is.  I know I am at least home number 3 for her, maybe 4.  Her vet appointment is a couple of weeks out, but I will know more then.

She is getting bath today. I forgot about all the hair  [laugh].  She was restless and did not sleep well on Wed night. Last night she hopped up on the bed, nosed her way under the covers, and then slept like a log.

Now she is playing.

Was due to be off to the Middle-East tomorrow....  the world had other ideas.  I'll still have a home to come back to, so our disrupted plans are very small beer in the big picture.

I'm working on my basement again. Bunch of nonsense to sort out before winter.
