Typical Monday after a holiday.  Flat tire on my site vehicle.  All fixed now, but an inconvenience.

Good visit with my parents.

Yes, Rowdy has too much energy for me.  Made me tired just watching him run.

Just got off another fun HOA related call.

This time with attorneys and construction defect experts.

My building had a ton of delays during the construction process. I believe the GC was changed midstream, in fact.  I had five pages of punch list items that took months to correct.  For comparison, my townhouse in Texas that cost less than half as much had five items, with one being a missing mirror in the powder room that wasn't included in the cost.

Anyhow, we likely have water intrusion issues because the balconies don't have enough slope to drain properly.

This is going to be fun.

Worst part of it is that the developer offices in this building and owns several units as short term rentals. Was a reason why I thought it would be a good choice to buy here.  Dude is an absolute dick.
