Evening here! I have a big bone in pork roast in the crock pot. It will be for tomorrow. Tonight's dinner will be the last of the meatloaf, baked potato, and green beans. And beer. 

I'm going to watch Stand By Me tonight.

Good morning all. I was awake for about 4 hours last night. I woke up and could not get back to sleep. Finally, at about 0500 I was able to sleep. Got up at 0845. We had a nice dog walk and now it's      time.

Sleep for me this week has been difficult.  Nerves and anxiety.

Tonight hopefully I sleep long and deep.

Not sure why I'm so nervous about this interview.  It will be a much more challenging position for less pay.  We have a new mayor in Buffalo for the first time in over 20 years and he's looking to really shake things up.  So  I applied for the Deputy Commissioner of Development, Permit, and Inspection Services position thinking a change of scenery would be good also with room for growth.  When I was contacted for an interview, they said I was being considered for the Commissioner position and that's where all the stress is coming from.  There will be at least 8 people on the interview team this afternoon, ugh.  The most I've ever interviewed with is 3.  I feel prepared, but I am no politician.
