yes... we did and so did they...

it's crazy that all the time and effort we put into growing our own food and now it's gone.

i'll still be able to make a bunch of pesto for the freezer :)

the tomato's won't have time to make a comeback, the lettuce and herbs will.

i'm just mad because they (deer) have really overstepped their bounds this year.
they came up on the patio a couple weeks ago and ate all of my potted plants, and ate every flower in my yard.
there is over 500 acres of land trust right across the street, and they can't find anything to eat???

i sound ridiculous  [laugh] thinking that the deer actually know what they are doing  [roll]

good thing the local farmer's market is in full swing now  [thumbsup]

I'm tired of the rain.

Yesterday was nice...

until it rained.

It will be too dark to see.

It's rained every day since the first of the month.

It was raining here when I was in MI.

It sucks I tell ya.

Right Dan?

It does.  I've got 2 paint crews begging for inside work, my grounds crew is surviving on 15 hrs. a week, 5 weeks ago I had a small deck pressure washed to prep for re-staining and we haven't had 2 dry days, back-to-back, since.

It's happening all over the central part of the state.

Talk is FEMA will be in town today.

I'm sure the feds will kick in...NH is not in great financial shape.

We just have a bunch of debris in the lower field by the brook.

A bunch of trees on the bank were stripped and piled up in the brook...

If it ever dries out I'll use the tractor and a chain and pull them out and clean up.

Plenty of fuel for the bonfire ;D
