That stuff is crap, and not exactly practical to plug a hole the size of my fist.

I think I may have finally sold my house in Phoenix. 

At a huge loss. 

Hopefully that saga is over. 

Wow, how bad? That's why I didn;t even try to sell mine. It is rented though, at only a couple hundred a month loss...

i am really resisting that. I spent a bit of time getting it in shape to sell, and i dont want to be a long distance landlord.

reference: i am renting a place now that has long distance landlords/owners. they have not seen the house in 3 years.

- NYPD has a red-light camera for pedestrians at one intersection...not sure what the point is?  Last time I checked I didn't see a license plate on my ass.

- Huge crowd of teenage girls hanging out in front of the Trump Hotel hoping to catch a glimpse of a boy band (Jonas Brothers).

I keep getting strangers who want to buy my place, even though it's not for sale.

Sort of annoys me-it's like, "oh so you checked out the place? You like the water access? Good, btw, do you know you're basically admitting to trespassing?"
