Planted some peas and lettuce today.

I cleaned up some stuff in the yard and cemented in another two fence posts.

I made the 25 mile ride to the in laws take 75.  Got rained on most of the way but figured it was good practice for commuting.  I took I 5 home and it dry but windy.  No white caps on the bay, but at 80 mph the wind was very noticeable.

Had a good moms day lunch.  I waited till today to send the pics DD took for me of my mothers grave in Buffalo.  My sisters were happy to see the stone.  Thanks again DD.

What was the temperature out?
Rainy and warm is tolerable, rainy and cold just sucks.

It is a wet 52 here in Seattle.  Not to bad.

Ours was about 20' X 20' and we had a lot of stuff coming out of it.
This year it'll be about half the size because of the stuff I'm doing with the yard right now.
Eventually plans are for something more sizeable but not anywhere near what you're doing.

It will be 60 days.

I used to have a certified organic farm and enjoyed it.

I figure I'll use this as 'education' for Z....he'll also know at some point that meat doesn't come wrapped in styrofoam and plastic.

Probably pigs and turkeys.

I have a small issue with pigs...

they're smarter than me.
