Decided to wrap up my cycling tour of the local mountains today, did Mt. Tam (Tamalpais) today, 90 miles total, all on my own.  That was 3 mountains in 5 days, my legs are just slightly tired now.

I survived my track day, but barely.

I feel very tired and stiff, kind of like dp probably feels on a daily basis

Ill do a write up with pics on my day.  It was interesting.  I got to experience a full on tank slapper at 115mph, lost the front and got it back, and almost asspacked someone because he decided to just let off the throttle out of no where.
