last time i checked my birth certificate said I was born in 1978  [cheeky]

just b/c B is dp's age doesn't automatically make me OLD.

It isn't that bad. 

Can you hop on a recumbant bike and at least get some exercise that way??  Do upper body/core exercises that don't put weight on your knee.  Get in a pool.  Swim, aquajog, just move.  You may laugh at this one, but try pilates.  It is also a great low stress workout and you will tone up nice. 

i've been trying to get my bike back from my friend for the past 2 months. if i hand't been a dumbass 4 yrs ago and gone bike only i would have a car to go get it from him.

i'm actually trying to get the number of my g/f's pilates instructor (blond haired blue eyed kiwi who is what the kids would refer to as HOT) so i can try that. i just need to know how much she charges. (i'm hoping to get a discount by offering to stop asking to drive her car(evo9)  ;D


for my 30th i'm thinking of having a knock down drag out party for all of my friends and see if i can outlast the younger ones. you will all be invited. you just have to make it out here around the end of aug/beginning of sept.
