So I'm visiting my sister, who lives in Grand Cayman, BWI.  It's a little island 90 miles south of Cuba.  In the Caribbean.  Yeah, life is tough.  Today's high: 90 degrees.  Today's low: probably around 80.  Seriously.  And the water is fab.  Just went snorkeling off Cemetary today.

<Sigh>  A girl could get used to this...
Inara: (pissed) "What did I say to you about barging into my shuttle?"

Mal: "That it was manly and impulsive?"

Inara: "Yes, precisely. Only the exact phrase I used was 'don't'."

Right after watching the movie I ran out and bought the series. The dialogue kills me.

That's right, smart ass, but I used flippers anyway.  They're great for kicking back the baracuda...

OMG isn't it awesome?  I still watch Firefly episodes when I need a little pick me up.  The dialogue IS really great.  Glad to meet a few fans on the board!

the show is just funny and engaging... very well written!

i've been getting into that new show eureka for similar reasons... the dialogue makes me LOL.
