it's at this time of year that i remember a big part of the reason i wanted to move to a warmer climate.
cold weather blows.

Life, alas is very drear. Up with the glass and down with the beer! Seriously, when i am 800years old i want to rock like Lemmy! it is a religion that requires lots of determination, drugs, and Marshall stacks.
now with clavicle of steel (stainless) wrist o' steel (11/2011)

They gave me shock therapy
Then ultra sound treatment
An excercise to do at home.
I think I am in trouble tomorrow though.
The PT guy said we would be in the excercise room tomorrow

isn't norcal still pretty warm year round? though i guess it's all relative depending on where you are in the world. Dude's a big guy. He broke out and managed to make his plane this morning. I'll try harder next time. i don't think i need to say anything more....

The PT guy wants me to stick working with him so he rescheduled Wednesday to Tuesday.

I've done the US treatment multiple times on my knee. I really liked it. Exercise room does sound a little like torture though. That part of my therapy involved using my bad leg to step up on a big wooden block. Also had to balance on a squishy ball with that leg. Exhausting. Glad things are going well though.
