Not bad.
They gave me shock therapy
Then ultra sound treatment
An excercise to do at home.
I think I am in trouble tomorrow though.
The PT guy said we would be in the excercise room tomorrow
i actually kinda started to like the shock therapy after a while. i never got ultrasound though. they did a lot of stepping and stretching with me after my knee surgeries. |

Once when I was in PT, they let me turn the US knob as high as I felt I could handle and left me to it for a while. It is sort of fun in a masochistic sort of way. |
