My niece named my moose "gus"
Why do roaches always die on their back?

That because the survivors flip them over to steal their sneakers and wallets.

It all depends on the size of the yard.

our property is about 2 acres, 600+ of land trust across the street and 300+ private acres behind me

Well, the place we're lookin at needs some work apparently. Wiring needs to be cleaned up (Mother mentioned some technical stuff that I didn't understand), needs carpet, sheet rock needs to be patched (??), needs a cooking stove and no washer and dryer. Oh, and no furniture of course. I look forward to dragging him to IKEA and Potter Barn again.  [evil]

Every guy loves a couple dozen trips to pottery barn and ikea.    feed him a few martinis first and offer to drive.   [cheeky]

(I'm good for one trip when we know exactly what we're looking for...I fade fast with browsing)

New places are exiting though.
It's still buy a flounder a drink month

We're looking forward to it. Its on the mountain, plenty of land. Oh, its got an antique claw foot tub too (but no shower....apparently you can install a shower though?).

I gotta figure out the heating situation. Its got a stove that heats the place. Get to play with fire.

I've discovered that. It wasn't pretty after I put my cold toes on him.

I can't decide if we should just do all the IKEA/Pottery Barn in one trip or if I should do small doses...

Don't drag out the agony. Prep him, take him, get it all over with in one shot and then be veeerrrrry nice to him.  He'll eventually recover, and the time it takes depends on just how nice you are to him.
