Not to add any $ to your Audi repair, but if the car has 4 coil packs and only 3 are bad *right now*, then it might be more cost effective to pony up and do all four right now...  Likely you'll pay a fraction more labor and for the part, but that would likely be less than if there was a towing bill involved or if they had to remove any parts to get to the coil pack which would already be removed right now to do the first three...

I spent a few years in a dealership, hope that helps some....  Besides, its' not like one coil pack has sparked less than another!  [laugh]

i left out that the other was already replaced mid summer  ;)

Doing good today.  How bout you?

Today I:

make the beast with two backsed off at work,

took a friend and a coworker to lunch (which I get to expense)

had a great afternoon selling stuff (even though its 36 and raining)

Found a sizable escrow refund in my mail box (leftovers from a refi)

Got the call that my KTM title is finally in and I can go get the bike!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. . . in time to store it for the winter [laugh]

I waited so long my loan expired so I'll have to reapply but that's no big deal.  I think Im going to trade the Accord in on this thing.  Ill be happy if I can shave $1000 (net) off the bike.  That would rock.

sounds like you had a good day :)

i met with clients to go over some microscopic parts we're photographing for a campaign i'm working on...

...as they were leaving, i hit the box and it did a wheelie, and the parts flew out and went everywhere  :-\

one even fell out of my scarf  [laugh]

they had a good sense of humor about it, all is cool.
