What ya gonna do ion the city?

we're meeting my bro, sis in-law and 2 yr old nephew

when we were little my grandmother used to take us into the city to FAO, to see the tree, and to look at the store windows at macy's, etc...

we were talking about it at thanksgiving, and we both agreed it was time to do it again :)

Not sure that's the best idea you've ever had.

He's gonna get heavy.   ;D

I thought they were having financial trouble a couple years back and were going to close. I haven't passed by there in a little while or thought to look if they were still there.

I'm going to jump in the shower in a couple minutes, go out food shopping after that and maybe look at a few things that we want to give ourselves for Christmas. When I get home I have to get the snowblower going for the season, that way it's ready to go if a surprise storm pops up.

I'll make it point to bring family by there on the next weekend trip down.

Ning snow peeps!  Have fun with that.  If we get any of the white stuff here in Seattle the city shuts down.  No plows, etc.  They do chain up the city buses though.

I have to do laundry and take a couch to storage so I can get a tree!
