Hey P!

I'd prolly move in February. It's kinda dependent on what time Mother can take off as he's gonna fly out here and help me drive. And I gotta figure out how to ship my bike. Oh, and I'll have to get furniture when I get out there. And we have to hope the passes are open.

OMG, so much to think about!!!!  ;D

Sounds exciting! [beer]

We'll be moving around the same time I think (late Jan / early Feb).

Can't you just hook him up to a sleigh and he can pull your stuff up and over the mountain?

The tread looks like that, but there's about 6" of snow in the dooryard right now so I'm not going out to check.

No studs on these...I don't like them for highway use, but they are definitely studdable...the holes are there.

The tires definitely change the handling. They're "squishy".

I'll check the model tomorrow and let you know.

I know what you mean by handling changes.

I run a 215/45 in the summer and a 195/60 in the winter.  Definitely have to mind the speed on corners when the pavement is clear.

Make Mother drive the moving rig pulling your car, and follow behind on your bike.   [moto]

The VW spins the tires up way too easy with those studded tires, cornering traction is compromised too. We just take it easy when they're on there. I forget the tire sizes for the summer and winter tires.

Thats actually a real good plan.  [thumbsup]

I don't have a lot of stuff so we should be able to make it with just my car and ship a couple boxes.

I think once it gets a little closer, we'll post up what states/cities we're going through and try to meet up with a bunch of people.  [beer]

Denver is on the way.

I'll buy a couple rounds.  [drink]
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Screw Denver... they're all snobs!   [cheeky]

Swing north thru NoDak.  The vast barren landscape is exciting in the winter!   [laugh]
