I can pop my right shoulder out of the socket at will.  It hurts a little going back in, but is a cool party trick!  Looks gross.   I do not do it any more at will.  Doing my push-ups every day keeps the muscles strong and seems to help.

My old Doc said I have loosey goosey joints.

Good luck with the surgery.

Way back when I was young, I would dislocate the shoulder for free drinks!  Not any more!

When do you close on the house?  I'll ride down for a visit when the weather warms up.
