I still consider it way better than my previous position (with the same company). It just is annoying when I have to put in extra hours to make up for other people's incompetency. :-\

Do you record these incompetency's and report them?  Cause if you are travelling all the way to the east coast for YOUR work and then spent half your time doing ANOTHER's work beacause he/she isn't doing his/her job; mgnt should know.

Yep, I always send out a report on this kind of thing to my manager and their managers.  Still gonna keep happening tho.  Thanks for the support! :)
