Today's little project

Pre prep



Prepped



Polyester primer applied, I should not have baked this.



After fixing the issues from the bake i applied this primer



The topcoat applied



Start to finish 3.5 hours.

Played with these two, and that is one nasty little primer gun.



Lesson learned DO NOT THROW THE BAKE CYCLE ON WOOD

That particular booth has a direct fired heater that will get the panel temp to 150 degrees in less than three minutes.

Awesome with cars and such.........not so much with wood. :P

For those who kdon't know, all electronics run on "magic smoke." If you let the magic smoke escape, electronics fail to work any longer.

Electronics technicians are trained to follow, capture, and replace magic smoke capsules.  ;)

Also, who do we know in San Diego?

and almost the garage too. . .

and the helica, and the ktm, and a mustang that was in there. . .

I let the smoke out of my old CJ-7 once

not all of it

but still, the jeep never ran right with some of the smoke gone
