Track was OK.  Mid-way through day1 I was ready to sell the bike and go home, day 2 I got my head in a little better shape and had some fun.  You should really go have a look at what used to be turn 1

They musta changed it since I was there last.

They were working on a huge drainage project in the infield...

Did it spread?

T1 is gone.  They had cones set up to funnel you down from the front straight into a single file, 1st-2nd gear chicane that was a bit more than just a left-right flick, than around the oval to another left-right-left at the normal T2 exit.  There were surprisingly few 'incidents'.

There seemed to be alot of unexpected front-end sky time coming out of the last bunch of cones   

Even an old tired 900 can get a wheel up in 2nd.

'saright, we started 2009 with a 12" rainfall deficit.  I just need boot covers and a new rear tire.  A mostly worn Qualifier sucks in the rain.
