Actually too much water can lead to hyponatremia but that usually is only a risk if you are exercising hard and out in the heat for extended periods of time (long bicycle rides, runs, etc.)

are you going to construct a booth of some sort?

the blasting material goes everywhere unless it's contained.


also.... this stuff is great for making detailed masks should you need them. (it's how toasty came to be)
