according to an article I read a while back...  we (in Cali) spend 45k a year on each inmate in lock up. (that does not include police, court and all the processing/dealing with their shit fees)

That's a far greater amount than whats spent on students (the future)

Spending that much money on people who make it a personal choice to not get along..... is f'n retarded.

And to keep a 88 year old man filled with hate go'n, especially after he just killed a guy in front of a bunch of witnesses....... that's a slap in the face to every decent person living.
