nuttin'

I finished the bike for the builder and he picked up yesterday.

The booth is torn up right now...replacing some bad light fixtures, and stripping the peelable coating.

I'll re caulk things and re-coat it within a few days. I also need to slow the air flow a bit. That involves cutting a hole in the wall so I'll do that before I re-coat things.

It was getting pretty nasty in there, and tough to see.

Seeing as how the booth started life as a pig stall...

let's call it a 'work in progress'.   ;D

At least you know what you need as you make the changes.  Just build the room bigger to match the fans airflow.     ;D

The real determining factor is being able to heat it in the winter.

With the airflow I have now, which is one change a minute, I'll never be able to heat things. I want to be able to have more flow while I'm actually spraying, to exhaust the o-spray, and a reduced flow while things are drying or in between coats.

At some point I want to convert it to a downdraft booth which will mean a false ceiling and moving the fan to the floor....not in the budget right now.

If I can get dust control with my current set-up and be able to heat it I'll be happy.
