I want to try a small bird during the week.

Would love to try a small piece of pork or a small pig on it.

The roto has a 25 lb weight limit on it..... muuuuhahahaha

The hen was about 75 minutes.  

Next I think I am trying a duck.

Don't think there is enough clearence to get anything bigger than that or a chicken on there.

Late Ning all.  We just got in from the Teagan and Sara concert.  The 15 year old cousin is a huge fan of theirs.  We went with and her dad.

Long day here and my head is still ringing.  We were front row!
